Hi BP friends,

I've been involved in Real Estate for many years. I finally jumped ship on corporate america and I'm do Real Estate investing full time. I've done buy & hold and flipped deals (6 total, SFR) and just acquired another one yesterday! Excited!! I also just recently became licensed as a realtor in the state of NJ and NY. I though it would bring more leads to my business. I looking to expand into Wholesaling, multi-family and also continue on SFR flips deals. Look forward to discussing Real Estate with all of you!!
