My name is Terry I am a licensed contractor that has been remodeling houses for about 15 years. My wife recently got her realtors license and we are interested in flipping houses and rental properties. Right now we are just looking for knowledge from people in the business. We do own one commercial property that we are fixing up to sell or lease
