New Member from Northern Virginia

I am new member from Fairfax, Virginia currently looking to get involved in real estate investing. I am a recent college graduate working in the construction industry and looking to complete my first real estate deal (SFH, duplex, or triplex) in the coming months.

I am hoping to connect with other members in the DC area particularly other investors and agents as I begin my search for my first property. I hope to become more familiar with comps in the area and am interested in learning more about which areas work well for rental properties.
