New to the Forums Just Bought a Tri-Plex

Hello everyone, been doing a lot of listening to the podcast and it has sparked me. I currently operate 18 units all duplexes. It has been an insane ride, and things are going incredibly well. Closed on Tuesday last week on an older Tri-Plex that I am a little nervous about, but crunched the numbers, and met with the contractor who is to start on Tuesday (tomorrow). My goal for the next couple months other than to get this Tri-Plex up and going is to try to organize the business in a better way. 

I want taxes to go smoother and to have more numbers from a month to month stand point so I can keep a pulse on everything that is going on. I have a full time day job that I love and mange all of them myself as of right now.
