New to Real Estate Investing
Hello!
I am brand new to investing and am currently in the research/networking phase of the process. I live in Detroit and am hoping to find my niche among the numerous opportunities I see here. My husband, my brother, and I are hoping to embark on this venture together since we each bring different strengths to the table. Our current interests are in multi-family homes and small apartment complexes. Some of our goals are to reclaim buildings that have been run down, increase value in the communities in which we invest, and (of course) to make a profit.
So far, BP has been an awesome resource for RE investing and I am excited to get involved in this community!
