New from Albany NY Area

Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been a lurker on the site for a little while. I have a little of experience in real estate investment. I'm a project manager for a heavy civil construction company and I used to frame houses in my teens. I feel pretty confident in the physical end (the actual building and grounds) of real estate, but what I has eluded me, or what I'm lacking in, is knowledge about funding projects. Specifically the purchase of multi unit buildings. Any advice or insight is very much appreciated.
