Hi everyone, I'm Mars, newbie from Honolulu, Hawaii. I'm a beginner in real estate investing together with my wife. We learned that in investing specifically in real estate, you can achieve to be financially free. My wife and I wants to learn how to wholesale, lease options and fix and flip. We will actually be looking at a foreclosure house in Waipahu and hopefully get it on contract and wholesale it. Any tips? Thank You!
