My husband and I are looking to invest in the Orlando area. We are  interested in rix n flip houses . We have 3 rentals in 3 different states.

Very hard to invest in NJ the taxes will eat you alive.lol. However you can still get some good buys in Philly area. Taxes are very low and hot area I believe is 52nd area.
