Chicago native looking to invest in Tampa
Hey everyone!
I'm a 25 yr old Chicago native, been listening to podcasts and reading real estate books for about the past 13 months or so while sitting in traffic on my hour long commutes to and from work. While obtaining a foundation of terms and ideas to start with in real estate, I've concluded you need to spend money to make money. I'm looking for a real estate mentor who has experience wholesaling in the Tampa market. Any help is much appreciated!
