My name is Trisha Murphy. I was born and raised in the real estate industry in Defiance, OH. I have lived and worked in the real estate market for the last 15 years in Indiana before recently moving to Florida. I am interested in getting involved in the rental market here, but I am struggling to find deals that make sense. Where is everyone else finding their properties? Is the rental market outside of multifamily or apartment complexes lucrative here? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
