Hi!! I'm completely new to real estate, I work full time, and lately I've been thinking of ways to create financial freedom for myself, I think real estate is the route to go...I don't have a lot of money, so I'm trying to figure out where to start.  I'm most interested in flipping houses, but I'm also interested in having rental properties as well.  I'm looking forward to seeing what I can gain from and add to this community.  Thanks for having me :)
