House Flipping Investor

Hi, I am Fred Kaissi (55) and I am new to BP.  My residential experience consist of: couple years of real estate sales, couple years of new construction field superintendent, 10 years as a home inspector, and 20+ years as a PA state certified residential appraiser.  I also own and run a small appraising and handyman/ painting company called FidelityHomeManagement.com in Montgomery county PA.  I did flip 4 houses in early 90s and stopped after I ran out of capital.  Today, I am ready to start flipping houses again and now I am more confident and not shy about raising capital.  I will be focusing on house flipping only, no rental, commercial or development deals.  I know what it takes to be successful at house flipping, and know a lot about homes, neighborhoods and buyers.  Through my experienced eyes, I can see the house naked, dressed up, or covered with makeup.  I am open to teaching new investors, and/or learning from the seasoned ones.
