New to the Charleston SC area

Hello all! 

My wife (Carrie) and I moved to the greater Charleston area from Montana this summer. Since then I've acquired my real estate license and am looking to start building a portfolio here, as well as help out any fellow investors any way I can.

My background in MT was mostly in the oil/energy industry, but I was fortunate enough to acquire a few properties over the years through various methods. All but one of those properties are gone now, which is what allowed us to make the transition to SC. 

I look forward to meeting, learning from, helping, and hopefully working with as many of you as I can in the area!

Amy, I actually saw your post on your newest property. I'd love to hear about it if you're willing sometime? Also, I might be able to offer some insight into what Carolina One offers. I've used them, and I work for them now.
