New to North Houston

Hi - I've recently moved to the area for a job but want to buy properties fast to make working for someone else not necessary.  i'm looking for properties in the spring/ houston northwest area.  over the past few years i've been doing buy/flip and buy to hold rental properties.  i prefer to buy and hold but need the income from flipping for now.
