I'm just introducing my self, my name is Daniel Lee from Amarillo, TX. Currently me  and my wife own 1 rental property and me and my business partner own 1.  I'm going to start really diving in on investing for my family's future. I'm thinking about doing some flips along with acquiring some more rentals in the next year. I currently own a Flooring retail store along with a remodeling business. me and my business partner are working on opening a liquor store as well. I think I know just enough about real estate to get me in trouble! any advice/ knowledge that anyone can throw my way would be greatly appreciated.
