Hello, My name is Clarke Criddell. I hold a couple of different hats. I have been involved with the real estate industry since 1997. I am currently a HUD Consultant for which I do renovation budgets for client and I also perform draw inspections. I am also a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor. In my role as a contractor I have performed flips for myself and renovation work for clients. In working my flips I cut my teeth with hard money lenders and traditional lenders.
