Architectural designer, drafter, and investor saying hello.
Hey everyone! I am a designer working in Boulder, CO with a specialization in multi-family residential. I have several very large multi-family projects (about 200 units each) under construction in Denver, and 1 permanently affordable project in Boulder set to break ground in Jan. I am beginning to transition to investing and flipping on the side. I am loving all of the good information here.
I am also considering to offer my design and drafting services for people requiring permits, etc. in their rehab projects.
