I left my heart in St. Petersburg beach
I dream of owning and directing a clean living destination resort housed in an old motel just off Gulf Blvd in St. Pete beach. It will host a healthy cooking school, yoga, massage and meditation. I am just starting the process of building a cash buyer list and I am having the biggest block to getting started. So I hired a college kid and he's getting the hang of it. I haven't started looking at properties because I don't have anyone to buy from me if I find something. Am I getting in my own way? LOL It wouldn't be the first time!
