New to Tampa area
Hey everyone! I've recently moved to Tampa and have started to settle down. I'm looking to purchase my first home early 2017. I'm also looking to start buying investment homes and holding them to rent them out (buy and hold). I've been watching lots of podcasts and have been watching numerous amounts of youtube videos.
I'm looking to see if anyone may have some suggestions but also someone who wants to bounce some ideas in the future. I've gone as far as making a spreadsheet of how much each income will produce based on the price of the investment home and rental income.
Hope to connect with lots of people around, and not just in the tampa area!
