FREE labour to learn - SW GTA & SW Ontario, Canada
Hello Everyone,
1st of all I'd like to say, this site is great. So informative, tons of information knocking about, tons to learn as a newbie investor. I have a request if I may........ If there are any investors out there willing to trade mentorship for free part time labour, I would be grateful. I have 19 years in construction project management and property management (British & Canadian experience). I really want to get more exposure/experience whilst building capital for my 1st investment. I am open to whatever maybe on offer, I just want to assist in, whilst gaining greater insight into buy and hold, buy and flip etc. I currently property manage a small portfolio (commercial & residential) but want to ramp up my efforts for 2017. I am in the Cambridge/Kitchener region, so can travel up to an hour. Thanks for reading, look forward to connecting :-)
