Hi everyone – My name is Mike Allaire and am a Buffalo, NY area assurance CPA. I am new to the real estate investing world and luckily stumbled upon the BP community. I am looking to jump into some long-term buy and hold investing for primarily multifamily properties and start to build a passive income portfolio.
