Hi! My name is Tyler Housholder and I'm new to real estate investing. I have a background in architecture and building and am a recent newlywed! Our short term goal is to buy a second home as a 203k live-in flip/househack and convert our current home into a rental property. Our long term goal is to improve our lifestyle and build wealth by growing a solid real estate portfolio.
