Returning to the game
Prior to the "Great Recession" I had completed a few fix and flips using conventional financing. I have not flipped a house since 2007 and am planning to get back into investing with buy and hold and eventually back to fix and flip. At the moment, though, I am just putting together a gameplan before getting back into action.
