Hi everybody I joined this page as I heard some great advice has been given here. I'm 18 years old and I'm looking to get into real estate into the near future. Does any of you have any tips on how to save money so when the time comes I'm ready for the real deal?

Live frugally, avoid associating with wasteful friends, stay single till you establish your investments.

The key is getting the highest paying job you can get that will finance your investing. Avoid wasting money on toys, cell phones, cable TV, restaurants, car loans, wasteful bad habits and do not buy a personal home. Renting is less expensive.

Saving is 100% about having the right mind set and personal life style. Investing is taking advantage of those good habits while you watch your friends p**s away their future partying and living for today.
