Excited to join the BiggerPockets community.
Hello everyone,
My name is Zach and I am very new to real estate as a whole. Purchased my first home at the end of 2015. That was my one and only experience with real estate. Currently own a small business in the automotive industry and at the point now where I have people and processes in place to afford myself the time to look into investing in real estate. I am 28 years old, married to my beautiful wife Allie and together we have 3 wonderful babies all under 2 years old.
Over the past year I have been following BiggerPockets podcasts and working on growing my knowledge of real estate. In January I will be working on getting my realtors license and during that same month wish to close on my first investment property. I look forward to becoming a Pro member here soon and building up a great networking group both locally and via BiggerPockets. If anyone in my local area ever needs help on any of their projects please don't hesitate to ask. Will work for knowledge LOL.
