New Member, New to Maine, New to the game

Hello everyone! I am very excited to be a new member of bigger pockets.com. I have been listening to the pod casts for about a year and now that my husband and I have settled down in the great state of Maine, we are ready to invest.

My husband and I have traveled and lived all over the nation and now that we are done with the military and school, it is time to start getting serious about real estate. Right now we own a home, and rent our previous single family home. Renting has given us insight into opportunities we have been missing out on, and we are ready to dive in!
