Hello BiggerPockets, enthusiasts!

Really happy to be here, and definitely lucky I found out about the forum before I started REALLY doing something with real estate. Although, I currently own a condo worth $120-130k with no mortgage, I am looking to get into the multifamily game by purchasing a 4 unit, hopefully. Currently I have rented out the above mentioned condo at $1200/month, and live at a nicer location for $1000/month where market rent is $1700 (live in a friend's condo, thus the good deal).

Also, I am getting my real estate agent license course next month, therefore skipping on some commissions and doing the deals myself.

Looking forward to talking to you!

Tony
