I am new to Real Estate investing. I am interested in learning how to buy and hold multifamily homes. I currently own a duplex and a single home in California.

I also have held a Real estate license for the past 7 years. I have closed deals with my business partner which has helped me understand the various trends of the housing market. However, I now want to learn how to be an effective investor and aquire the various aspects from experts and people in general who have been on the investing side of Real estate.
