hey guys, I'm happy to be joining to this great community, I'm 33 years old, soon to be married live in Miami area and searching for my way in real estate investment, I quit my job recently because I didn't enjoy it anymore, i felt I'm not growing anymore and mentally I couldn't continue even though it helped me saving nice amounts of money, obviously money is important and we all searching to make more of it, but we need to enjoy what we do and grow everyday.

It took me a while to make that decision, and it was hard leaving my comfort zone but I'm definitely ready for new adventures,

I'm looking for my first real estate deal as an investment, to grow my finances and to make an income.

I have money that i saved and looking for the best way to start with it , and make it my main business

@Assi S. - how much is it that you have saved? The problem with quitting your job is that you won't be able to get a loan, so your deals are going to have to be all cash for a while.
