Hi everyone, 

I'm a newbie from Southern California wanting to learn real estate investing. I've always want to invest in real estate but I don't do it because I don't have the knowledge or the skills to do so. I'm hoping to learn as much as I can so I can purchase a rental property that generates passive income.
