Hi,

I am a recent grad from UNCC in Finance and i'm looking to build a rental portfolio. My focus is on student housing, and renovation homes in the 28213, 28206, and 28208 areas.

My property highlights are:

-Proximity to Uptown

-Proximity to University

-Proximity to Light Rail Enhancements
