new to investing..looking for advice
hello my name is victor and i am interested in investing around me which is harrisonburg, Stanton wanesboro va. a lot of the homes that i find do not qualify for fha or any other government backed loans. i has hoping to get some advice on what financing options i should consider as well as any tips in doing so.. thanks a lot
