Brand New To The Real Esate World
Hello everyone I'm Kayla. Orignally from Chicago but I currently live in Oklahoma. I'm brand new to the real estate world and would like to know if there are any pointers you would give someone who is very new to this. . 3 of my partners and I of my partners have recently started an account that we all put a certain amount into each month. We have not completed a deal yet, but we would like to do a couple flips and eventually move onto gaining a couple of rental units. We are all new to real estate, and are currently looking for our first deal. Is there an amount that is too high for first time investors?
