Hi everyone, a friend of mine recommended I join this community. My fiancé and I are about to make an offer on our first home which happens to be a multi unit. We are doing a ton of research as we are hoping to transition to property management and real estate investment full time in the future. Our local community college offers a property management course which I plan to tAke and am currently weighing the benefits of becoming a real estate agent! I look forward to learning from you all!

Welcome and congrats on taking the plunge! Property Management course - cool stuff. Probably much cheaper and more efficient than the University of Hard Knocks and Bad Decisions education that so many of us are accustomed to :-)
