Hello! New Member from MN
Hey all! "Long time listener first time caller" here. I am in the Twin Cities MN and currently have 3 properties that I manage myself (2 duplexes 1 Single Family). I started at the end of 2015 and for now I am buy hold & rent. My goal is to add at least 2 more properties in 2017 (hopefully via BRRRR). I have not yet flipped a property but am thinking about it...
