Starting out in Northern Virginia

My name is Zach Gregor and I am a 21 year old licensed Realtor in Virginia. I purchased my first home in Northern Virginia last year. I managed to do a nice rehab on the house while working 40 hours a week at my W2 and selling real estate part time. I have made it my mission to get the ball rolling on the investing side of things this year. Any recommendations of a good REIA in the area? Would really like to connect with some like minded individuals.
