Hello biggerpockets community my name is Jourdan, I'm from Brooklyn New York currently in the San Diego area soon to make my way to Los Angeles in march where i will start my wonderful journey as a real estate investor. currently I'm seriously looking for a mentor to show me the ropes about real estate I've been reading a lot about real estate for a while and i just want to learn from first hand experience and move forward and use real estate to build other businesses

Thank You

Welcome Jourdan Charles !

I would recommend offering something in return for mentors such as being a gopher, driving for dollars etc. Or at least taking people to lunch.

Also be more specific about what kind of investing you want to do. If you're not sure listen to all the bigger pockets and Michael Quarles podcasts then decide. (Pro tip 1.5x speed is still inteligible and you get through them faster)

Good luck and enjoy the warmer weather.
