I'm new to this great site but not to investing
Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I look forward to meeting new friends and learning from everyone. I have a couple of flips (residential home and 7 acre parcel) under my belt and I'm currently working the purchase of a 3 acre parcel as well as the purchase of another primary residence as we speak. I plan to rent my current home of 5 years. I've been active in investing for about a year and a half now. The goal working towards is 4 fully paid for rental properties. I've just created a blog http://real-dealestate.blogspot.com/ on which I talk about my journey through the vast wilderness of Real Estate Investing. I created the site for those interested in seeing the steps needed to get started. In essence you can learn through my endevors and ask questions of me as I go along.
