Hello, My name is Stanford Taylor Jr. I am a recent graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.S. Looking to get my feet wet in wholesale real estate while I continue education to become an Occupational Therapist. I am located in middle Tennessee area and was wondering if you had any tips for a beginner wholesaler like myself. Thank you in advance!

Welcome to BP!
You found the best place on the internet to get your brain wet in Real Estate. The podcast is a great place to learn. I suggest listening at 1.5x speed every time you get in the car or when you have free time. This listening will provide you with a base then you can get your feet wet with some direct marketing or whatever avenue you choose.
Either way you will find an abundance of information on the site.

I'd wish you luck but I don't believe in luck.
