Newbie Minneapolis MN

Hello Everyone,

My name is Garron, I am from Duluth, MN but currently living in Minneapolis, going to school at Dunwoody to receive my B.S in Construction Management.

I found the bigger pockets podcasts several months ago and was hooked immediately. I have listened to nearly every episode and its about time to take some action with all the knowledge gained.

I am interested in fix and flips and buy and hold multifamilies. Both in the twin cities market or Duluth market. Currently no expierence in real estate but a lot of experience in construction. 

Looking to connect with other like minded investors, realtors, lenders etc.
