Hello All!!!

My husband and I are new to real estate and want to create our wealth by investing in rental properties. We are new to everything and are currently becoming more knowledgeable about business formation, finding financing and analyzing deals. Our goal this year is to purchase our first property

Some cool info about us, we are a family of 5....husband, wife and 3 beautiful children. I am currently a stay at home mom and I homeschool our children. My husband is a plumber and manages properties for friends on the side. He has other contracting skills as well.

Plumbing is one of the most frequent maintenance requests and it sounds like he already has some property experience so you guys are already off to a good start :)
