Newbie from Spanaway, Washington

I'm Jonathan Villegas, born and raised in Washington. Last August, I became a homeowner, that's the extent of my real estate experience. I recently just started a new job at the post office as a City Carrier Assistant. I used to work at Toray Composites manufacturing carbon fiber material for aerospace companies. My goals in real estate are to build wealth and create a passive income. I am making it a goal to flip a house and have a rental property by the end of 2017. I found BiggerPockets one day on google. I was googling, how to flip a house, house flipping blog, house flipping start to finish; all sorts of things. I remember ending up in the BP success stories showing my girlfriend, saying, "I want to do that." That was back in July. That's when I made the account and to be honest I didn't come back to the site till recently, maybe end of December. I think in the past 2 weeks, I have listened to dozens of podcasts.
