Newbie From New York
Hi guys
My name is john I am a new member, I signed up since I want to start real estate investing. I’m really new at this, and I have a lot to learn, but BP seems the right place to start and become part of the family. My goal is to invest in single/multifamily properties in Florida and Massachusetts.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Hey @John Carreira welcome to BiggerPockets. We seem to be on the same boat. I'm a New Yorker who just recently moved to Orlando to pursue a similar goal.
