Stepping Into the World of Wholesaling
Hello All! I have been wanting to get into wholesaling for a while. I have been educating myself with blogs, podcasts, and any reading material that I could find. I reached out to someone locally in hopes to have a mentor. He told me that he learned by watching YouTube and suggested that I do the same (gentle way to brush me off)! I welcome any suggestions that anyone can provide to get started, advice on documents needed, etc. I am anxious to learn!
