My name is cory griffin from Boring Oregon

I have owned a duplex and a single family home however we sold them to build our dream home.  I learned a lot along the way but I want to learn more and get back into the rental game. I am interested in duplexes single family homes.  I am even interested in a flip.  The biggest change from when I had rental property in the past is the 20 percent down to get into the properties I am anxious to get in but need to keep saving the 20 percent.  Wondering if there is away around this deal?

I love real estate and just want to get the first property under my belt.  I had some bad experiences the first time around but I learned a ton.  I'm ready for round 2.
