New to Pittsburgh Real Estate, not the city itself. Looking to jump into the PITTSBURGH market. Actively looking for a multifamily unit, whether that is a duplex or 4 plex. Would like to stay out of 5+ commercial properties.

If you or someone else knows a realtor with investor exp' in the Pittsburgh area, please send them my direction!

Thanks!

Hi @Alexander Thomas welcome to Bigger Pockets!

Plenty of great people to learn from on here and lots of resources! The calculators are also fantastic if you haven't used them yet. I also just recently finished the course they were offering, The Path to Purchase, which was great.

Looking forward to seeing you around and I would check out the local Pittsburgh REIA facebook groups as well. There are plenty of people there that can help that aren't on BP.

Best of luck and if you have any questions post them here and people will help! Also, feel free to reach out to anyone that you see on here. I've found the Pittsburgh community on BP to be extremely welcoming and helpful to newer and experienced people.
