New to BiggerPockets from Wilton, CT

Hi!  I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts for a couple months and have just joined the site.  I am an agent in Fairfield County CT with an interest in Real Estate Investing.  My husband and I own two rental homes in Vermont and we are currently attempting to educate ourselves more on perhaps purchasing some multifamily rental units down here in CT as well.  We have found some good deals, but want to be more knowledgeable before we "jump in!"  I would also like to help investors in the area to find deals and properties to invest in.  We have five children and I am currently pursuing a masters degree in Cybersecurity but since binge listening to the BiggerPockets podcasts, I am excited to learn and absorb all I can about Real Estate Investing so that I can become an educated resource for my clients and help others in the field.
