Hello everyone! My name is Angela Martin. I am currently getting ready to move back home to the Berks county area because my husband is getting out of the army. When I return I plan to look for a property to fix and flip. For the next two months while I am out of the state I plan to learn and read as much as I possibly can. I quickly found that it is difficult to look for a property while you are not in town. I also quickly learned that finding the deal is the hardest part of the flip! Just looking to learn and connect with people from my area. I cannot wait to be settled in so I can start meeting people who have the same interests as I do. I have been wanting to do this for a very long time and while it is a little nerve wracking that I am taking the steps to turn my dream into a reality, it is also so exciting. I look forward to meeting you!
