Hello im James 

Me and my partner bought our first house spring 2016 , it had a suite already in the basement but needed up dating. also the main floor did to , so we move some walls and got the basement done and rented (somewhat ) we having hard time keeping them to stay, normally they find work else where , the biggest problem i think is its fully furnished. 

in the last few months we been working on the main floor . 

hope to refinance an buy another or buy another house with 5% down and move 

hope to expand to around 5-6 units 

also looking on more info about renting/property management in Saskatchewan or Regina as rules are different to lots of the info on the net from Ontario or BC
