New to investing from Highlands Ranch, Colorado
Hello everyone my name is Jose Rivera
I am new to Real Estate investing trying to accelerate my learning in the subject. I work for a contractor and have lived in several states, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana and Colorado. I have 2 properties and I'm looking for more.
I'm trying to focus on on area, Any tips on finding a target market? Im trying to zero in on a market to invest, Looking into Georgia and Florida Markets.

@José Rivera Welcome to the site! I would suggestion you search out an area that has a price point that you feel comfortable with and you could access quickly (10-50 minutes away from you). This would to get your feet wet and then you could branch out to Georgia and Florida markets.
